Tailored Professional Development Courses
Our professional development courses can be tailored to the requirements of a group or individual wishing to extend their skills and knowledge in the field of Visual Arts. This can be of substantial value to a wide range of people:
All of these courses are available upon request and students will receive an official BCAC certificate of participation. All instruction and materials will be provided and the course will be taught by Bruce Sherratt. Bruce has an extensive history of running professional development courses, most notably for a wide range of teachers at Jakarta International School.

- New Art Teachers: Those new to teaching Visual Arts may require the skills to be able to teach the subject effectively, even if already an experienced artist.
- Experienced Art Teachers: ‘A good teacher is forever a student’. At BCAC we live by this philosophy and believe we must keep delving into the unknown to keep our passions live and our skills and knowledge forever improving to be able to pass this on to others.
- Teachers of Other Disciplines: For teachers wishing to expand their knowledge into the field of art to be able to provide a more holistic form of education. A teacher may gain a new understanding of their own subject through its relation to Visual Arts.
- Businesses/Organizations: From team building to unlocking the creativity within; organizations are looking for ways for their team and/or employees to reach their full potential.
